Moon is a platform for legitimate spending. Abusive behavior that undermines our platform, our reputation, and our mission, also undermines our ability to serve our customers. As such, Moon takes steps to limit fraud and abuse on our platform by investigating and suspending accounts that breach our Terms and Conditions.

Our security and controls are built to ensure compliance with relevant law and regulation, and to ensure the safety and integrity of our user accounts. Attempts to circumvent these controls will not be tolerated.

Our public corporate forums are also important to the Moon community and will be similarly monitored for misuse. Discussion of fraud, scams, theft or suspensions on any of Moon's community forums will be met with an immediate ban.

If you have any questions or concerns about what may constitute misuse, abuse, or fraud, please consult our Terms and Conditions which detail activities that will result in account suspension or termination.

If you believe your account has been inappropriately flagged, please appeal a decision by sending all relevant context and evidence of legitimate use to [email protected] so we can review and reactivate your account if such a flag was in error. Many decisions are final and may not be appealed, however we do review submissions periodically and if we have made a mistake, we will seek to correct it immediately.
